A nurturing sanctuary where "Learning by Doing" builds the roots for stability and the branches for a lifetime of potential for the entire family

At Oak Tree Learning Center, we provide a nurturing sanctuary where affection and education go hand-in-hand. We don’t just mind children; we engage them in a 'Learning by Doing' world through our MAE curriculum.

By providing all-day care and nutritious meals, we give your child the 'roots' to feel stable and the 'branches' to reach their full potential. Our goal is to make sure your child is happy, confident, and fully prepared for kindergarten and beyond.

Our Curriculum

Learning by Doing. Thinking by experiencing.

At Oak Tree, we believe that children don’t learn by sitting still, they learn by getting involved.

Our curriculum is built on the MAE framework (Meaningful Assessmentready Experiences), which transforms everyday activities into powerful educational milestones.

Whether it’s baking a pie to understand measurements or planting a garden to explore life cycles, we provide "something to do" that demands "something to think about." It’s a research-backed world where play is purposeful, and every experience is a step toward kindergarten readiness.

World Class Education. Accessible for every family

We’re proud to offer both private and subsidized pay options and are accessible through CCRC, CALWorks, Crystal Stairs and more. Get in touch or book a tour to get started.

Select your child's age group below to discover how we tailor our "Learning by Doing" philosophy for every developmental stage.

1. Infants - 6 to 18 months

Loving care and early developmental milestones for our youngest learners.

The Experience: A gentle, nurturing sanctuary built around secure attachments, vocal development (singing and talking), and early physical milestones like rolling and crawling.

2. Toddlers - age 2

Exploration, discovery, and active learning for curious minds.

The Experience: A high-energy environment focusing on expanding vocabulary, following simple commands, critical thinking, refining motor skills, and mastering independent potty training routines.

3. Transitional Kindergarten - ages 3-5

An advanced school-readiness program built to exceed state UPK standards.

The Experience: A stepping stone between preschool and elementary school. We combine collaborative, hands-on academics with reading literacy (sight words) and math foundations (counting, adding, subtracting) to ensure your child enters Grade 1 at the top of their class.
