Responsibilities:
-
Supervise, lead, and mentor teaching staff.
-
Design and implement effective program plans.
-
Oversee daily operations and activities.
-
Manage budgets and prepare annual reports.
-
Monitor student and teacher progress.
-
Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators.
-
Maintain high curriculum standards (including MAE for Pre-K).
-
Ensure safe and nurturing classrooms.
-
Follow Title 5 regulations.
-
Attend meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
-
Proven leadership experience in early childhood education.
-
Knowledge of state-funded preschool programs (CCTR, EHS preferred).
-
Strong organizational and communication skills.
-
Knowledge of and ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
-
Ability to maintain financial and other records.
-
Ability to enforce center policy, program, and budget.
-
Ability to recruit, train, evaluate, and terminate staff.
-
Availability to be on-site during center operating hours.

Completion of 16 hours of health and safety training.
