Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday 

​Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr (Depending on degrees and experience)

Schedule

  • 8-hour shift

  • No Nights

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, lead, and mentor teaching staff.

  • Design and implement effective program plans.

  • Oversee daily operations and activities.

  • Manage budgets and prepare annual reports.

  • Monitor student and teacher progress.

  • Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators.

  • Maintain high curriculum standards (including MAE for Pre-K).

  • Ensure safe and nurturing classrooms.

  • Follow Title 5 regulations.

  • Attend meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education.

  • Knowledge of state-funded preschool programs (CCTR, EHS preferred).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ability to maintain financial and other records.

  • Ability to enforce center policy, program, and budget.

  • Ability to recruit, train, evaluate, and terminate staff.

  • Availability to be on-site during center operating hours.

  • Completion of 16 hours of health and safety training.
